Syrett, Dave I met Dave at an Aston villa versus Swindon Town youth match in about 1972. We were penfriends for a few years. Just a really nice genuine person. I still always look out for Swindon because of Dave. Great that he is still genuinely interested in the club- not the case with todays premadonnas!I f you ever see this Dave- for my sins, I am still a Villa season ticket holder!!


Syrett, Dave He lived on Woodborough Road when i was a kid and I lived on Fairholme Drive. Used to call every other night for his autograph.


Syrett, Dave I saw him play the game of his life against Spurs at Field Mill - Mansfield Town FC and think he got a hat trick in a 3-3 draw. Glen Hoddle also played in the same match.
