Biography: Taylor had already played Left-back for seven clubs before joining Pompey in February 1978. He managed to add 17 appearances to his tally before setting off on his travels again. He has since had stints in Canada, Greece, and a spell as assistant coach at Celtic in his Scottish homeland. He became coach of Canada's national boy's youth team in the 1980s and managed the national team during an unsuccessful bid to qualify for the 1990 FIFA World Cup finals. Now working as Technical Director of the Burlington Youth Soccer Club in Burlington, Ontario.
