Biography: "Harry" Walker was the goalkeeper in the team that beat Wolves 4-1 in the 1939 FA Cup Final. He was a trained motor mechanic which meant that he could remain in the area to work in the Naval Dockyard during the Second World War - and could also mind Pompey's goal throughout the 'war' years. Nicknamed the 'Cat' long before anyone had heard of Peter Bonetti, Harry went on to play almost 300 games for Notts Forest before retiring. He died in 1976.
