Biography: A well built full back was discovered by former Chelsea player Wilf Chitty, he mainly spent his five seasons at the club in the reserves. Had limited chances in the first team, making his debut in an FA Cup third round tie with Tranmere Rovers and was allowed to move to QPR in July 1965 for £10,000. Is now retired living in Haywards Heath, Sussex. He worked as a builder but now spends a lot of his spare time playing for Lindfield Bowling Club.
