Weddle, Derek Derek Weddle was an awesome centre forward from 1959-61and indeed did score 7 goals in an 8-0 win for Cambridge City v Dartford on Nov5th 1960 in a Southern League match. He was too good for non league football and returned to the Football League for several more years. A Cambridge football legend, no question.
