Westwood, Danny Am not aware of a difficult relationship with Ken, think they worked well together. Danny was very fast, his main asset and it enabled him to score a good few goals. His football brain was slightly lacking I would say but a great player, was bought alongside Price and turned into one of Gillingham's greatest striking partnerships.

Westwood, Danny I remember the fans having mixed views on Westwood, I was very young watching him . Was there a difficult relationship between him and Ken Price or am I imagining that? He was quick and scored a decent amount of goals. There's not much about what happened to him after football which is a shame

WESTWOOD, Danny Very fast, could turn and swivel and hit the ball in a swift moment. He was at Gillingham in the 1970s. Danny was our no 10 alongside Ken Price. They were a great partnership. Danny scored a hat trick in 1976 v Mansfield Town. When that side didn't gain promotion in 1979, the players left and Gillingham didnt become a decent side until about 1981. I rated Danny and have fond memories of his pace and goals
