Position: Centre-half

Biography: Bill only made three appearances in a Pompey shirt, having joined the club as a fifteen year old. He but went on to play for four other league clubs. He later had a long association with Maidstone United, which included three separate spells as manager. He is currently the club's general manager and a shareholder. Williams previously managed Dover Athletic in the Football Conference as well as Kingstonian.
