Biography: A Northern Ireland international who spent most of his first season at the club on the sub's bench, but played an influential role on both flanks in the club winning the Division Two Championship in 1989. He was a member of the ZDS Cup winning side a season later and was voted Player of the Year. Fell out of favour with Ian Porterfield who turned to Clive Allen and was sold to Notts County on deadline day in March 1992 for £225,000. Managed Northampton as well as a number of non-league teams and has been in charge of llkeston Town since 2009. Wilson, who is also a consultant at FootballCV academy, after starting out with them as Football Manager, has also worked in teacher training in Roehampton.
