Biography: England international goalkeeper with two caps, started his career with hometown club Ipswich making just shy of three hundred appearances before moving onto Arsenal and Everton. He joined Southampton on loan in 2008 when they were suffering a goalkeeper injury crisis at the end of the season he rejoined Ipswich and made another 62 appearances. Out of favour at Ipswich in 2010-2011 he spent a short loan spell with Sheffield United. He has launched his own range of goalkeeping gloves under the WGK brand in 2007
